Daytime Sunday seems to be the new time to go out with an increasing number of parties sprouting up over London. Many punters seem to prefer to head out and enjoy a night out while still able to get the underground back home.
A chilled Sunday vibe setting was ideal for Lee Burridges new progressive showcase All Day I Dream. Starting on rooftop in New York in 2011, the promoters events seeks to showcase a curated sound of deep and melancholic house.
PHCK were the first on and played for the most part a light atmospheric set, which was easy to groove along to. Before launching into a euphoric and heavy finish that had the crowd whooping and cheering. The groups song Elephants perfectly capturing the spirit of the set.
Lee Burridge then took to the stage. He started out with a strong disco ad upbeat vibe before diving to become the deeper set everyone expected. Complete with the light piano melodies it was a great set to feel yourself get drawn into and mesmerised by, When the leaves fall by Newmancapturing this nicely.
If you want to hear a more melodic and atmospheric kind of house, Lee Burridge and All Day I Dream are definetly one to check out.
