Jazz music sensation Miss Kiddy and the Cads release their debut original single ‘Lockdown Shuffle’

Vintage sensation, Miss Kiddy and the Cads, will be releasing their debut original single Lockdown Shuffle as they host a multi-cam theatrical livestream show on November 27th at 8pm.

The show promises to be a musical highlight of Lockdown 2.0 and is the perfect way to show how music always boosts spirits during difficult times.

The single is a way to mark the pandemic in musical history and to bring a smile to people’s faces and a sense of togetherness as we enter a second lockdown.The music video for this single features the band at home, along with their friends and even includes personalised videos of their supporters in lockdown.

Creator Abi Gilchrist (Miss Kiddy) says: ‘We are so proud of our first original track and believe it really captures the essence of 2020. I am very lucky to work with such a talented group of people and we’ve continued to perform together digitally and socially distanced throughout the Covid- 19 restrictions including raising over £3000 for NHS Charities during the first lockdown with our Kitchen Disco series. Ben (Cummings) our trumpet player also plays in Caro Emerald’s band, our drummer Andy (Jones) is a music producer who produced the latest Squeeze album and our MD and pianist / song -arranger Ross (Power) is an award-winning composer and producer for TV and film. We also have The Undertaker on bass Eric (Guy) and Lil’ Missy our fabulous tap dancer, Leah (Wise)’.
