Wolf Alice have had a huge 12 months since the release of their debut album ‘My Love is Cool’; and things don’t seem to be slowing down as they’ve just announced their first headline spot at Margate’s By the Sea festival.

The band will co-headline the Saturday (October 1) of the festival, with their companion headliner being announced on July 1. They join Super Furry Animals and Wild Beasts who have already been announced to co-headline the previous day.

This will mark Wolf Alice’s first headline set at a festival. By the Sea takes place over two days (September 30th – October 1st) in the restored Dreamland amusement park in the seaside town of Margate.

A number of names have already been announced for the festival with the likes of Mystery Jets, The Big Moon and Jagwar Ma set to appear across the weekend.
