The Rolling Stones are to tour in Europe, playing 13 shows in 12 different venues in September and October. The tour is dubbed “Stones — No Filter” and the band says it “sees Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood back where they belong out on the road playing to packed stadiums.”
The rock ’n’ roll icons “will treat their European fans to a setlist packed full of classics such as ‘Gimme Shelter’, ‘Paint It Black’, ‘Jumpin Jack Flash’, ‘Tumbling Dice’ and ‘Brown Sugar’, but they will also include a couple of unexpected tracks each night, and randomly selected surprises”.
As usual, the tour will feature a new and spectacular production, with state-of-the-art stage design. “I’m so excited to be touring Europe this Autumn and returning to some familiar places and some we’ve never done before,” Jagger said.
“Hey guys, here we come,” Richards added.
Fans on social media have been asking about UK dates, speculating that these will be added soon.
