PVRIS have announced four European headline shows this May, including a London date at Shepherd’s Bush Empire.

The band followed up the news with this tweet, so we know there’s more on the way – their sophomore album, maybe?

They’ll also be playing shows in Paris, Amsterdam and Berlin. Could these dates be celebrating the release of the album that week? Or are they your last chance to hear 2014’s ‘White Noise’ in full before the next album drops?

On Friday the band teased the announcement with a series of Roman numerals corresponding to today’s date, and many fans expected to finally hear details of the highly anticipated second album.

The mini tour announcement has disappointed some fans who were hoping for something bigger. One tweeted the band, “is this it?… seriously” to which PVRIS replied simply, “no”.

It’s unclear when we’ll hear more news but the band confirmed last week that the album has been recorded so we shouldn’t have to wait too much longer.

Tickets for the European tour go on sale this Friday at 10am.
