BBC Radio 2 A-listed singer-songwriter Kerri Watt has announced her first ever headline tour, with 14-dates across the UK this November. Kicking off on 2nd November in Derby, Watt will be playing Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham, London, Manchester and ending in her hometown of Glasgow. The Scottish modern country-tinged songwriter has previously found success playing Isle Of White, The Great Escape and Glastonbury, and playing support for such acts as Ward Thomas, Starsailor, Mike & The Mechanics and Coldplay.
This comes off the back of Watt’s recent single, ‘Old School Love’, her first for her new label East West Records. Whilst continuing to showcase her knack for writing grand, sweeping hooks, ‘Old School Love,’ marked a slight change from her previous two singles, the BBC Radio 2 play listed ‘Long Way Home’ and ‘The Wild’, with a more stripped-back production and mellow tone.
