Car Seat Headrest announce additional UK dates

Car Seat Headrest announce additional UK dates

Theo Rodziewicz·February 21, 2017
Tour News

In addition to their upcoming Spring UK/European tour, American indie rockers Car Seat Headrest will make a late Summer return, playing in the nation’s music hubs.

Following their festival run, the band will return to London to play O2 Forum on August 29th, with subsequent gigs in Manchester & Leeds.

This news follows the announcement that the band sold out the Brudenell Social Club, Leeds five months before their due date next month.

Initially a solo bedroom project instigated by frontman Will Toledo, Car Seat Headrest released their critically acclaimed LP ‘Teens of Denial’ last year. Technically, it’s their thirteenth studio album, however just their second album for label Matador.

Here’s what their upcoming UK tour schedule looks like:

March

23: Electric Ballroom, London

24: Gorilla, Manchester

26: Brudenell Social Club, Leeds

August

29: O2 Forum Kentish Town, London

30: O2 Ritz, Manchester

31: Stylus, Leeds

31 Aug – 03 Sep: End of the Road Festival, Salisbury

In between their UK dates, the band will travel all over the northern hemisphere, including a range of live shows in the US and throughout Europe. Their festival appearances include Coachella, Shaky Knees, Sasquatch! and more.
