Vevo announces the release of Chlöe Howl’s DSCVR performances of “Millionare” and “23”. Berkshire-born Howl knew music was what she wanted to do from the age of ten, growing up on the hip-hop she’d hear blasting from her older sister’s bedrooms and the New Order and The Smiths records her father played in the car. She left school at age 16 to pursue her passion full time, scoring a deal with Columbia Records shortly after. Howl spent the next three years writing and recording, doing studio time with the likes of Justin Parker, Joel Pott, Samuel Preston and EG White. In 2014, she was nominated for BBC’s ‘Sound of’ poll alongside Sam Smith, FKA twigs and Ella Eyre, and ‘Critics Choice’ at the BRITs.
