Social satirists The Be Positives release self-titled debut with new single ‘She’s The Girl’

Manchester-based mad-pop quartet THE BE POSITIVES released their self-titled debut early last week via White Zoo Records along with new single ‘She’s The Girl’.

Of the same vein as Cut Worms, filled with Lemon Twigs-esque zest, The Be Positives flap about with math-rock-esque melodies and striking signatures, while incorporating the spirit of the 60’s tactfully.

Two of the members are also of the Slovenly Records garage-rock outfit Proto Idiot, who’ve been described as “[sounding] like The Kinks, Soft Boys, and TV Personalities all at once—and they’re stupid and stompingly brilliant”.
