Juno and Spark, the artists behind the critically acclaimed indie-dance duo, have never hidden their passion for British sounds. Although now based in Los Angeles, they met in Chicago and quickly bonded over their love for Great British acts including Tears For Fears, Pet Shop Boys, Simple Minds, New Order, Howard Jones, Psychedelic Furs.
Fastforward 20 years and the Chicago based duo are now making the music they instantly bonded over, with a sincere and contemporary production standard.
The new single ‘1984’, has enough of the darker elements that it’s name would suggest. A sombre take on their distinctive style, the track has the unmistakable sound of analogue synths and funky guitar licks. The track features a new vocal style from the duo.
