New York City-based brass funk band, Lucky Chops, today release “Full Heart Fancy,” the first single from their upcoming self-titled album. In line with the band’s signature style, Full Heart Fancy is a high-energy, genre fusing original composition packed with singable instrumental melodies, booming brass and groove heavy percussion. The band–featuring members Josh Holcomb (trombone), Daro Behroozi, and Joshua Gawel (trumpet)–got their start in 2006 busking in the New York City Subway System gaining millions of views from fan shared viral videos. Since then, the band has taken their mission “to share the healing and inspirational power of music” with them from the subways to now headlining shows in more than twenty five countries around the world, spanning six continents.
