Nomadic artist Llynks (Sara Kendall) continues to tease the release of her debut album with “Patterns Through Seams”, finding inspiration from fantastical realms and the dystopian worlds of science fiction.
“Patterns Through Seams” articulates the anxiety of wasting life’s precious moments, embroiled with an existential awareness of one’s own mortality. Llynks’ lyrics offer an introspective portal to her soul, entangled with warped synth patterns and twinkles of morose piano melodies. It’s contemplative, “obsessing over time wasted and what life should be instead of actually living it” she explains.
“It’s about the uncertainty of existence, wondering whether I’m doing enough, whether I’m worth it, and whether I should have already accomplished this or that by now”.
“Patterns Through Seams” is another otherworldly offering from a rising talent.
