As the colder months start to creep up on everyone, it is easy to wish summer never had to end. Those carefree nights with good company and no obligations weighing you down create the best memories to hold on to. Now you don’t have to forget them with the release of Harrison Cone’s new song, “Sentirte.” Harrison brings the memories of warmer nights to life in this breezy, catchy tune.
At only sixteen years old, Harrison is writing and producing his own music that heavily relates to teens like himself. “Sentirte” is all about a teenage romance, in the heat of summer, and the lust that a first love inspires. The lyrics, in which Harrison sang with a mixture of Spanish and English, give off a sexy feel that will make the listener want to reminisce on a Friday night in July.
Just like young love, young teenagers themselves are most of the time not taken seriously by adults. With his music, Harrison wants to create a safe space for young adults to feel like they can be heard and are an important part of society. It is important for Harrison that he is inclusive and is giving an escape through his music for anyone who needs it. With the release of “Sentirte” being about youthful and lustful love, Harrison can hopefully remind people that love is love, and teenage love is no different than an adult relationship.
Harrison Cone moved out to Los Angeles to begin his career as an actor and singer, after teaching himself how to produce his own music. His passion for music was shown from graduating high school at only 15 to focus on his dream. Now, Harrison is putting all of his hard work ahead of him with his first few releases. We can’t wait to see what’s next in store for this young protege.
