John Dhali releases Plain Sight

Gorgeously glowing is the latest release from John Dhali, titled Plain Sight. Warming vocal sat beside acoustic-guitar work and a driving kick opens into a rejoicing chorus of strings and rhythmic percussion. Despite being sat within the realms of Jordan Mackampa and being more rootsy than 00’s lovers The Guillemots,  John Dhali is definitely an artist of his own.

Upon discussing this release, John says:

“I wrote this song last year after really working hard to overcome some shit that was still lurking in the shadows of my subconscious. It’s a message that I try to live by – about pushing through whatever it is and shining your light… cos what else are we supposed to do here?”

John Dhali is a Soul-Folk artist hailing from a London-bound narrowboat, currently somewhere in Cheshire. Combining prophetic, life affirming lyrics, instantly familiar melodies and a soaring vocal, John’s music is medicine for the Soul. His uniquely powerful and uplifting style has already earned him national radio airplay (BBC Radio 1 & 2) and 2 regional awards in the North West for ‘Best Solo Artist’.
