Announces UK tour. EP ‘Shift Remixed’ out today via Akira Records.
With his new EP out today via Akira Records, Bristol-based producer Henry Green is sharing another rework from the record with new track “Stay Here (Harvey Causon remix)”. Henry has also announced European tour dates for next year with UK shows in Glasgow, Manchester, London & Bristol.
Speaking about the track, Harvey Causon said “Working with Henry’s stems was a dream because there’s such a wealth of complex and interesting ideas hidden in layers of the finished product. Stay Here was always my favourite track from the album. I found myself at ease re-contextualising the track with it’s loose rhythmic elements and the depth in texture.”
Bursting onto the scene several years ago, with the help of a remix from Kygo, Henry has crafted his own brand of chillwave/electronic music that has captured the attention far and wide – from the legion of bloggers who have written about him including DIY, The Line of Best Fit and Nylon which led to him topping the Hype Machine chart on numerous occasions – to Jenna Dewan, who used his track “Something” to perform a dance routine to.
Henry has supported the likes of London Grammar, Nick Mulvey, and Aquilo across the UK and Europe, along with his own sold out headline shows across the continent, and has amassed over 80m streams across Spotify and Apple Music to date. Over the past few months, Henry Green has been busy working in the studio and will release new music early next year.
