Environmental duo Berne release animated video with single ‘Stay’

London based, alt-pop duo and eco – ambassadors, Berne present their rather poignant, yet poetic electronic pop tune ‘Stay’. Partnered with this single release, the pair have also dropped an animated Stop Motion video by artist Carmen Mossaad. The video perfectly helps to magnify the over arching message of the tune itself, putting the lyrical content firmly and uniquely into perspective.

Originating from Malta, Berne consist of the boy girl duo – Deborah Borg Brincat and Gianluca Pulvirenti as they deliver a moving environmental message through soft, whispered, ethereal vocals and emotive reverberating guitar chords complete with beaming astral production.

According to the band, “Stay is our plea to planet Earth for more time to reverse the damage we’ve done, before it’s too late. As more and more of us understand the urgent climate challenge, we’re inspired by positive changes people are really trying to make. We believe human spirit and togetherness will allow the globe to smile once again, which is what we wanted to represent in the visual. It’s a serious situation, but it’s still repairable…just.”Berne.

You can join Berne over on their Instagram every Sunday at 12pm BST where they host their show ‘Common Ground’.
