The neo-psychedelic pop quartet tease us with their most diverse sounding track yet.
Psychedelic -pop rockers, CAIROBI, have released new single ‘Saint’. The riff driven track looks forward to their self-titled album, ‘CAIROBI’ due to be released January 27th via Week of Wonders.
‘Saint’, which has seen a few live performances, is a lead by a Middle Eastern guitar line warped in hard hitting drums and synth swirls that make you want to march to whatever far flung land this music originates from. It’s odd, it’s off- kilter, its vintage but it’s fantastic!

CAIROBI are skilled at moulding fuzzy rock into their own voice, modernising it through fractured experimental psychedelic, thank the wandering bass and the electronic-spacey soundscapes that fire of throughout the track. The opening line “When I wake up in the morning, I don’t think I’m ready” sums it all up, you live the trip with CAIROBI never wanting to awake from the experience.
CAIROBI also released single ‘Ghost’ last month, another confident sounding track demonstrating their poppier tendencies.
Stream ‘Saint’ above and if you’re in Paris or the UK sometime soon, catch them live!
