With just two months to go until Liverpool International Festival of Psychedelia begins, the individual day breakdowns for this year’s event have been announced.

Headlining the Friday night this year will be Mali’s very own Songhoy Blues, fresh off the back of their latest album ‘Résistance’. They are scheduled to be joined on day one by the likes of Träd, Gräs & Stenar, Loop, The Bug vs. Dylan Carlson, Gnod, Laetitia Sadier and an entire stage curated by California label Castle Face Records, co-founded by John Dwyer of Thee Oh Sees

Headlining the Saturday night this year will be The Black Angels, one of the main drivers of the psychedelic revival over the past decade. They are scheduled to be joined on day two by the likes of W.I.T.C.H: We Intend to Cause Havoc, Adrian Sherwood, Jane Weaver and A Place to Bury Strangers, who are the latest addition to the Liverpool Psych Fest congregation.

Further announcements regarding DJs, art installations, cinema and much more will be made over the summer, with a full list of stage times set to be announced closer to the festival.

The sixth edition of Liverpool Psych Fest will take place across multiple performances spaces at Camp & Furnace on 22nd and 23rd of September. Day tickets go on sale Friday 28th July at 9am and will be available from www.LiverpoolPsychFest.com. Full weekend tickets are available now and cost just £85.
