After unleashing their debut LP Loaded Gun to rave press acclaim, national radio airplay and Spotify playlist support in the summer, Liverpool rockers Little Triggers are back the album’s fourth single I’m Alright. The two-minute blast of frenetic punk n’ roll delivers their signature energy and raucous vocals alongside 60’s-inspired melodies and metallic riffs, and is on streaming platforms now.
“I wrote I’m Alright to put two fingers up to all the things that go wrong in your life,” explains livewire Little Triggers frontman Tom Hamilton. “You get to Friday night and just blow away the bad stuff by going out and enjoying yourself. It’s an anthem to survival in the modern world.”
Like all the best rock n’ roll gangs, Little Triggers have a shared vision of restoring the rawness of guitar music and festival-ready choruses to the top of the tree and come armed with the looks, charm and ear for a hook to do it. Rock media have been quick to spot their huge potential, with Classic Rock Magazine featuring them as both a coveted High Hopes new band and awarding them two Tracks Of The Week and Planet Rock, Total Rock and BBC Introducing Radio spinning their singles this year. The supercharged So Fine rocketed to thousands of Spotify streams with prominent placements on their All New Rock and Rock The World official playlists.
With an Iggy Pop support slot last year and a run of festival-slaying performances this summer, as well as a growing fanbase from tours of the UK, France and China, the rock n’ roll flame is burning brightly with Little Triggers.
