The progressive metal powerhouse KADINJA from France has signed a deal with ArisingEmpire. The band commented: “We are absolutely thrilled to announce our signing with Arising Empire and look forward to working with such a dedicated team on our upcoming endeavours!”
The band have also recently announced that they will be supporting Monuments on their upcoming UK and European tour, which will be taking place throughout this October and November. Support will also be coming from Vola and Atlas.
Formed in Paris in 2013, KADINJA explore a mix of progressive metal, djent and technical prog topped off with catchy hooks, virtuosic fretboard runs and violent low-end grooves.
After their first recorded EP Eponymous(2013) and their debut steps as a live band, the group began working on their first full length effort. Further developing their style to refine their technical prog identity, the band released their first album Ascendancyin February 2017 via Klonosphere/Season of Mist. The debut album went on to receive praise from fans and media alike as a breath of fresh air that complex metal needed, which also swiftly exposed the quintet to various show and touring opportunities. Sharing stages across Europe with acts like Animals As Leaders, Devin Townsend Project, Adagio, Klone, Betraying the Martyrs, The Algorithm and many more, motivated the band so much that nothing could hold back their impulse of composing more music, as soon as possible.
Merely one year after their debut album release, in spring 2018 it was again time to enter the studio, to record the fully written second album and show the worldKADINJA‘s latest efforts. By joining the Arising Empire family in September 2018 KADINJA are set out to hit a larger audience, with the release of the upcoming album due for early 2019. More conceptual, more rock, and one step further in its technical approach, these young men will soon invite you on a musical journey dedicated to pushing the limits of modern rock and metal. The first single from the sophomore album will be released in October 2018.
