The Warrington-based festival Neighbourhood Weekender is back with an epic line up and will take place this May bank holiday weekend.
Neighbourhood Weekender, which is held in Victoria Park, Warrington, has a reputation for delivering magnificent line ups that are full to the brim with music icons, established artists and new talent. In 2019, the festival offered performances from George Ezra, Richard Ashcroft, The Vaccines and Primal Scream – this year’s acts are just as impressive. From Ian Brown of The Stone Roses and Catfish and the Bottlemen to The Mysterines and Inhaler, the 2020 Neighbourhood Weekender has it all from bona fide music legends to future stars.
After releasing his seventh solo album ‘Ripples’ in 2019, The Stone Roses frontman Ian Brown is set to hold the Saturday headline slot. This performance from the music icon will be his first in almost a decade, making it one for the history books.
Brit Award-winning rock band Catfish and the Bottlemen will take the second headline slot. With a UK number one album and a plethora of critical acclaim, this band are sure to close the festival in style.
Sam Fender, The Wombats, Paul Heaton, Pale Waves and Tom Walker are just some of the other well-known and talented artists that will grace the stages at this vibrant festival.
Revellers will also be treated to performances from fast-rising artists such as The Mysterines, Phoebe Green and Noisy.
Neighbourhood Weekender will take place on the 23rd and 24th May 2020.
