London songstress Amy Steele has just recorded a great new live version of her new single ‘Long Way Home’ at RAK Studios for The Telegraph and it’s a very nice sultry listen and watch. Check it out here:

The single has just come out and is the next track to be unveiled from her upcoming debut EP “Memories in Watercolour” due for release later in the year. It’s the kind of quality soulful track that has seen Amy amass over 2 million plays on Spotify and Youtube. Here’s the original single lyric video for comparison:

Speaking on the track Amy states: “Long Way Home, is about that feeling you get when you know you’re about to part from someone after spending an evening out together. When you want to prolong your time together but knowing the further you go the sooner you will have to part. The slightly haunting feeling that a goodbye is definite and imminent but also a celebration of your connection and time together.”
