The Black Angels announce new album ‘Death Song’

American psych rock band The Black Angels have announced their upcoming fifth studio album, named ‘Death Song’ and will be released April 21st via Partisan. Check out the new track ‘Currency’ above, featuring a trippy visualiser.

The album title seems to allude to the band’s origins as they originally based their identity on The Velvet Underground track ‘The Black Angel’s Death Song’. The band released their fourth album ‘Indigo Meadow’ in 2013.
