Adam Ragsdale shares stripped-back pop lament ‘Lovable’

Following on from his well-received EP ‘Tragically In Love’ released in January this year, Oklahoma-based pianist and singer Adam Ragsdale looks to continue his melancholic yet uplifting aesthetic with the unveiling of his brand new single ‘Lovable’.

Much like his material to date, ‘Lovable’ sees the young artist in a stripped-back setting. Produced by Ben Cravens and with little more than keys and his own voice, he is able to emit a warm and positive glow throughout this new offering.

Channelling his broad influences that include everything from Hans Zimmer to Coldplay, he reaches far within himself to give life to this sweeping and swooning new cut.

Focusing on the internal torment that Adam has seen and experienced up-close within some of his nearest relationships, ‘Lovable‘ looks to reflect the difficulty of being transparent with one’s own anxiety, depression and insecurity. Adam reaches out to the listener to show that we all have these issues from time to time, making for an engaging and captivating listen.

Adam Ragsdale will release his new single ‘Lovable’ on 12 July through Distro Kid. His latest EP ‘Tragically In Love’ is available to stream and download now.
