Welsh “ragga metal” act Skindred released a brand new music video for ‘Volume’. The track is the second oficial single from the upcoming album bearing the same title Volume, after opening song ‘Under Attack’ was unveiled in September. The record is set to be released on 30th October via Napalm Records.
Formed in Newport, Wales in 1998 Skindred quickly raised to fame with their signature mix of nu metal and reggae/ragga rhythms. Having released five studio albums so far, the band established themselves as one of the best live acts in Europe and winning the 2011 Metal Hammer Golden Gods Award for Best Live Band. Previous album Kill The Power peaked at 3rd position in the UK Metal chart.
Upcoming album Volumes was recorded in London and is produced by James Loughrey who has previously worked with Withe Zombie and Depeche Mode. The deluxe edition will feature an additional DVD Rude Boys For Life with exclusive video materials of band’s tour life and recording sessions.

Skindred are touring the UK in November along with Japanese electronicore band Crossfaith, American old-school nu-metalers (Hed) P.E. and Scotish post-hardcore act Yashin. Tickets are now on sale.
