Grace Gillespie Says “Goodbye” on Her Atmospheric New Single

On the heels of 2019’s debut Pretending EP, London-based artist and producer Grace Gillespie has shared the gentle, harmonic “Goodbye.”

This song is the beginning of Gillespie‘s work with engineer and producer Oliver Baldwin who has worked with artists such as Aldous Harding, PJ Harvey, Beth Orton, and Fenne Lily. Together, the pair have taken a new approach to Gillespie‘s tracks, stripping them right back to the bare bones of song and vocal.

I might be getting older, and the music business is becoming a harder and harder nut to crack, but the music will keep coming regardless. It doesn’t give a shit about age or statistics or the business. It just wants to be alive and free and kickin’.
