The summer festival circuit is quiet for good after the famed Austin City Limits wraps up its Weekend Two, effectively signaling the end of the summer outdoor music season. Like Weekend One, Weekend Two had its fair share of mishaps and lineup changes (indie-artist BØRNS was dropped following allegations of sexual assault, and Childish Gambino still missing from the tour circuit due to injury), but also its fair share of memorable moments absent from Weekend One. Weekend Two brought chiller vibes: with less bands and more room between sets, concert-goers had more time get to shows, browse around, and overall more time to breathe. With the threat of gale-force winds and fast-moving storms mostly absent, fans were invited to bask in the sun and good music for one more weekend, taking in the last essence of the summer. The bands it brought in, while different from the previous weekend, were no less engaging, and made for an action-packed time nonetheless.

Until next year!
