Summarise your sound in one sentence.
Danceable guitar indie pop with electronic elements.
How do you feel about playing at the biggest and most sprawling Tramlines Festival yet?
Very excited! We love the line up and we’re very much looking forward to playing at the same festival as them all.
There’s some great hidden gem venues dotted around Sheffield – have you got any fond past memories in the Steel City?
Yeah, we played at the 02 Academy in April which was a great gig. But we’ve also seen bands at the Leadmill which is such a great and intimate venue!

Arctic Monkeys or Pulp?
Artic Monkeys for us. We grew up with them and they’ve been influences in our music.
What’s been your favourite past gig, and why?
A headline gig in our hometown, Nottingham. We got there extra early and set up a crazy light show which looked incredible.
What was the most surreal moment in your musical career?
We’ve had some great moments so far such as headline shows, and playing on the same bill as some massive names but we hope to have some more significant moments in the future…
What music is getting you excited at the moment?
MØ is an artist at the moment which is exciting me. She’s adding a something to current pop music which is quite new and fresh. I’m really looking forward to hearing more!
What are your 3 festival essentials?
1, Portable phone charger.
Finally, what have you got in store for your performance in Sheffield this summer?
We’ve got a very upbeat and energetic set planned with a few new songs.
