The Meadows Music and Arts Festival has announced its full lineup for 2017. Jay Z, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Gorillaz will headline the 3-day experience, which takes place from 15th-17th September in Queens, New York.
Hip-hop acts dominate the bill, with slated performances by Future, Nas, Run The Jewels, Action Bronson, and many more. Representing other genres will be popular bands and artists such as Weezer, M.I.A., Foster the People, and Two Door Cinema Club. The festival also boasts a slew of food vendors, activities, and art installations.
The news marks Jay Z’s third confirmed festival appearance after Austin City Limits and his own Made in America Festival in Philadelphia, PA, while The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Gorillaz are scheduled to play a number of North American and worldwide gigs in the coming year. The entire event will be streamed live on Tidal.
The Meadows Festival made its debut in 2016, headlined by the likes of Chance The Rapper, J. Cole, and Kanye West.
