June promises to be another excellent month for dance music releases. With diversification becoming more apparent in the underground scene & artists continuing to take their sound in new directions, it’s an exciting time to get involved in the dance music community.
As revellers begin to get ready for the wealth of quality festivals fast approaching over the summer such as Sunfall, Gottwood & Junction 2, it’s now become a perfect opportunity to start adding to your summer dance playlist.
This month we have a varied selection of club focused jams including heavyweight jungle scorchers, techno stompers and deep grooving house numbers for your listening pleasure.
Stenny ‘Lights On’
Starting off on a throwback to rave inspired breakbeat goodness we have Illian Tape’s Stenny with a track that’s just dropped on his ‘Consume IV’ EP. Taking us back to the glory years with hefty breaks and deep spaced out chords, ‘Lights On’ is a late night dancefloor jam that would fit nicely in the depths of a warehouse soiree.
