Joseph Coward is back with a single ‘Idle Boy’ and news of a new album ‘The World Famous Joseph Coward’, released via Stiffy Byng on the 21st July 2014. The album arrives after a busy eighteen months, which saw the twenty two year-old singer release seven inch singles ‘Jesus Christ’ / ‘Worry Wart’ and ‘If You Want To Get Going, Get Talking (To Me)’ on the O Genesis label and ‘Children’s Bones’ on Blank Editions and also support Factory Floor, TOY and The Charlatans.

The new single, which indecently is also todays GIGsoup Track of the Day, has been given a 24th March 2014 and features the B-side ‘Honey, Please’.
Joseph will be appearing with his band line up of Joel Gutteridge (guitar), Philip Brillo (bass) and David Flower (drums) for a series of live dates over the Spring, kicking off with a special Stiffy Byng label launch party at Servant Jazz Quarters in Dalston on Tuesday the 11th of March. Stiffy Byng is the new record label founded by Joseph Coward and Samir Eskanda (co-founder of East End Live Festival and member of London five-piece Charlie Boyer & the Voyeurs)
