How did you first start making music?
When I was 13, having recently stolen my sister’s guitar, I put a poem my mom had written to music. My main instrument up to that point and for many years after that was trombone.
What artists have influenced your sound?
Credence, Joni Mitchell, the kinks, rage against the machine, Nirvana
What was the inspiration behind you new album’?
The Band’s record “music from the big pink”
What are your plans and hopes for the record now its out?
To tour around playing it and stretch the songs out a little.
What have been your favourite records of 2019?
Big thief, fruit bats, Matt Embree, Jesus the dinosaur
If you could give one tip to any aspiring bands what would it be?
